Founded 60 years ago in São Paulo, TAM Executive Aviation operates in activities such as charter, aircraft sales and maintenance, training and representation of international brands.
The company’s relationship with AllStrategy is over ten years old. During this period, TAM has transformed its management by automating the budgeting and strategic process, obtaining several benefits for the daily lives of managers and others involved in planning.
“Once the hiring was defined, we were able to see the level of excellence in both service and specialization that AllStrategy promised,” says Claudinei Leal, IT Executive at TAM.

Before getting to know AllStrategy, TAM’s biggest difficulty was budget tracking, a very complex process due to the industry. In addition, achieving a rapid flow of dissemination and standardization of knowledge between sectors was also a major challenge.
“Our biggest difficulty was in monitoring the budget, as they were all in Excel spreadsheets. This process was not practical, it generated many errors and we had a lot of difficulty so that the areas could follow it”, explains Natalia.
However, with AllStrategy’s solution, the budget was automated and the monitoring of results gained agility with the dashboards. During this period, the system evolved and AllStrategy Plano was launched, grouping in a single tool the modules that TAM already used, in addition to new features developed and 100% in the cloud.
The migration process started so that TAM could start using the new solution and, according to Natalia, the results were surprising.
“The cool thing about all this [migration] is that we were able to revisit some processes, with the opportunity to automate some consolidations that were done outside the system. This brought a very expressive time gain”, says Claudinei.
The use of AllStrategy Plano helped TAM to review some processes and encouraged the future use of new modules, such as cash flow, performance indicators and action plans.
According to Claudinei, “Plano’s action plans solution is very effective and gives us the possibility to make a more precise control and follow up all the actions that those involved need to take”.
In addition, the company was able to further reduce the time of its planning, due to the speed and performance of AllStrategy Plano.
